Platform purpose
Tijarat53 connects buyers with independent sellers and service providers. Unless clearly stated otherwise, Tijarat53 is not the direct seller, merchant or fulfilment provider for third-party listings.
Accounts and responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, protect their login details and use the service lawfully. Buyers should confirm price, availability, delivery and payment details directly with the seller. Sellers are responsible for accurate business information, listings, pricing, images, fulfilment and communications.
Listings and prohibited content
Listings must be lawful, accurate and relevant. Prohibited, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing or otherwise unlawful products and services may be removed. Duplicate, spam or misleading listings are not allowed.
Transactions and reviews
Transactions, payments, refunds, cancellations and delivery arrangements are generally between buyer and seller. Reviews should describe genuine experiences and must not be manipulated. Tijarat53 may moderate or remove content under its policies.
Plans and promotion
Seller plans, limits and promotional eligibility are shown on the Pricing page and may be changed by Tijarat53. Featured or promoted placement does not guarantee sales or endorsement.
Suspension and intellectual property
We may restrict or suspend access for policy violations, safety concerns or misuse. Tijarat53 branding and software are protected; users must only upload content they have permission to use.
Liability and changes
The marketplace is provided subject to applicable law. Tijarat53 does not guarantee seller conduct, product quality, availability or transaction outcomes. These terms and features may change over time.
